Kamma is the Pali word for karma: the idea that what we do comes back to us. It is a simple reminder to act with care, because good work and good conduct tend to return in kind.

Kamma and karma mean the same thing. Karma is the Sanskrit form most people know; kamma is the older Pali form used in early Buddhist teaching, where it means intentional action itself rather than fate. What we choose to do, and why, shapes what follows.
